When you click the support icon you will be asked to download a file, this is normal and should look like the below.
Once you see this you will need to click it again to run the programme
When you run the programme you may get another security popup box on your screen, again this is safe to say yes to..
Once you have clicked run you should see the support screen that looks like the below. Please fill in your contact details and click send request.
Please click on the link below and enter the pin number when asked to
You will be asked to download a zip file, in the zip there will be an app called MSP Anywhere, please launch this file.
Once launched you will see the options below. Please select the appropriate one when directed to.
