How to locally sync Microsoft Teams site files

To locally sync Teams site files, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams and go to the channel where the site files are located.
  2. Click on the Files tab to see a list of all the files in that channel.
  3. Click on the Sync button located on the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Choose whether you want to sync the files to your computer or to a SharePoint site.
  5. If you choose to sync to your computer, click on the Sync now button to start the synchronization process.
  6. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the synchronization process. Click on Yes to proceed.
